About

Kino is a sweet cuddly pup who will never turn down snuggle time on the couch. Kino, who currently weighs about 25 lbs, gets along well with the older dogs in our home and would make a great addition to any family. Kino who is about 5-6 months old may be a bit barky and shy at first, but once he knows you’ll give belly rubs and treats, you’ll win him over forever! Kino was rescued with his sister and mom from the back of a very unpleasant gas station. The vets suspected they were born out in the elements so he has been adapting to life indoors. He knows to wait for his food when it’s dinner time, as well as sit when he feels like it. Kino is almost potty trained, he will need a family that will keep up with basic obedience commands, socialization and potty training! FYI, Kino will be neutered before he gets adopted.

We are a RESCUE GROUP, not a shelter, and all of our animals are in foster homes. To start the adoption process, email us at [email protected] requesting an application. Submitting an application does not commit you in any way, but helps us make the best match between people and our available dogs. Your current or past dogs must be inside dogs who have been spayed/neutered and are on heartworm prevention.

All of the dogs in our program are inside dogs and are completely vetted including all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, free of internal parasites, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention before adoption. Our adoption process includes an application, check of vet records or personal references, interview, neutral site meet & greet with the dog and your family, and a home visit.
