Freckles is 1 out of 4 puppies found in South Texas. We think they were born on 12/21/2023. Her brothers and sister were found living under the floorboards of a burned down house. Freckles is the leader of the group. She is smart, fearless, independent, curious, playful, funny, and affectionate. She loves to give kisses to her foster parents and plays relentlessly with her siblings. She gets along very well with other dogs and also with cats. Please note that because she has very sharp puppy teeth and nails, we do not recommend Freckles to families with children under 5.
We are a RESCUE GROUP, not a shelter, and all of our animals are in foster homes. To start the adoption process, email us at [email protected] requesting an application. Submitting an application does not commit you in any way, but helps us make the best match between people and our available dogs. Your current or past dogs must be inside dogs who have been spayed/neutered and are on heartworm prevention.
All of the dogs in our program are inside dogs and are completely vetted including all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, free of internal parasites, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention before adoption. Our adoption process includes an application, check of vet records or personal references, interview, neutral site meet & greet with the dog and your family, and a home visit.
